Is it possible to eat as much as you want and still manage to stay slim? Well! 30 years ago if you mentioned the idea of special diets that could burn fat nutritionists and so called "gurus" in the weight loss industry would have laughed until their stomachs hurt and called you a "crack pot"

But now in the year of 2010 mainly due to new scientific research and advance food diagnostics. It's now official and those old school weight loss experts can hang their heads in shame "special diet that burn fat" are now viewed as "main stream". Not only have the weight loss experts proclaimed these diets as genuine and beneficial for anyone looking to reduce their weight but they have even called them by quite a "fancy scientific" name "thermogenic diets"

The word "Thermogenic" without the word "diet" being added is not new it means increasing the internal temperature of a living organism in every day terms this simply means burning energy and it's this burning energy that is the fundamental principle behind a fat burning diet.

Fat burning diets are based on simply eating foods that cause our digestive systems to expend more energy to break the food down than the food will actually provide (this is sometimes referred to as a negative calorie diet). A great analogy for diets that burn fat would be a game whereby for every single step you took going backwards you then had to take two equal steps forwards. So it wouldn't matter how many backward steps you took your will always end up moving in a forwards direction, which is great news for anyone who has experienced difficulty getting rid of that unwanted weight.

Now here is another real cool part about fat burning diets, because the food takes more energy to digest than the food will provide our natural metabolic rate is forced to increase it´s speed which in turn helps the dieter burn even more body fat it's almost like a two pronged attack for "losing love handles", belly fat, fat thighs etc. And can be extremely effective when used in conjunction with special low calorie "diets for quick weight loss".

Fat burning diets generally can come in two forms the best of which consists of eating larger than normal quantity of every day fat burning foods however if this is not possible for some reason then one can enhance a normal diet pan with specially formulated vitamin and herbal fat burning supplements.
