Real estate means the property and it is of commercial as well as of residential type. The price of certain property depends that what is its demand in the market it means that about how many people want to live in that area definitely the area which is less populated and which is constructed beautifully will be preferred by the people and its price would rise. For example if the house you want to buy is in the residential street with the green belts outside every house presenting a very pleasant and calm environment. Then the owner of such a plot or constructed house would charge more. The area in which the influential people live is expensive than the area in which the commercial people live.

In the state like a Chicago it is very difficult to buy a house and even the common people there do not afford to buy their property. The Chicago is a developed state and a large number of foreign people also desire to live in it therefore the demand for the land is great and therefore the prices are high. Now see that how the price of the commercial property is determined. The price for any commercial property depends on the demand of the people to buy it and the demand for any area would be more only when the economic gain or business opportunity is greater in that area. One will invest in any building only when the money that person will earn from that shop will be more to the amount he has invested. In Chicago a large number of people want to establish their own business in the form of shops or the business offices therefore the price of the commercial property is much higher than your expectation. Rich buyers increase the price of the commercial property.
