Why you should not follow a celebrity diet

There is a huge amount of hype in the media these days about celebrities and their diets some magazines repetivly dedicate whole articles to this subject alone so much so that it would not be an exaggeration to say that some diet plans have them selves reached a celebrity status. But before you go off and start a diet on the grounds that you favourite personality or Hollywood celebrity is or has been on a particular diet plan please ask your self why are you dieting are you trying to emulate another or are you trying to lose some extra unwanted pounds and body flab ?

I am trying to lose some extra pounds.
If you are trying to lose some extra pounds then that’s great but if you are trying to be like you favourite celebrity then it is important to realise that not all celebrities are right, there are several celebrities past and present with severs eating disorders passed of as dieting.

Can be very beneficial, not because it is all the rage in Hollywood but because it is a diet plan and nearly all diet plans are better than none, particularly if your weight is a potential health risk. Most diet plans will demand that you make some changes to your lifestyle and this is where many people make the mistake and choose a plan that doe’s not fit in with their present life style and consequently embark on a diet plan that can become to difficult to follow or maintain for enough time to witness some acceptable results.

Most celebs lead celebrity life styles which off course can be very busy but they also have secretaries or personal assistance, and child minders to look after and take care of their children, maids, cleaners and gardeners for their home, laundry companies to wash and iron their cloths and even dog walkers and pet minders, do you have all this?

The fact is celebrities and Hollywood movie stars generally lead a completely different life style than most, so if you are not a celebrity you may stand a far better chance of losing that unwanted poundage if you chose a weight loss plan that was more suited to your present life style as opposed to doing celebrity type “diets for quick weight loss.
