Just go to the internal search engine of the affiliate network you chose and search there for the subscription based programs. You will earn your commission whenever their customer pays their subscription fee.

Otherwise, you will have to go through the whole process of building your website, getting it hosted, and getting traffic to your website before you can be an affiliate for someone else. So you see having a business making money online does take some work to get off the ground before you can make any real money. But you can make some substantial amounts if you do the work and are patient.
