Because the carpet is made of the treads and the threads are made up of the cotton and the cotton has a characteristic that is if the cotton made item are first get water and then dry it under the sun light then it lose the boding due to which the carpet compressed and does not look as good as before the cleaning process. The cleaning of the carpet with the water is done after two years of its using.
